How I lost 13 lbs of weight in 9 months easily

The starting point

In October 2019 I reached a weight of 94 kg (207 lbs) by a height of 1,88 m (6`2``). That´s not serious but still I didn´t like that.

30 years ago (I am now 55 years old) I had around 75 kg ( 165 lbs) with the same height. So I added about 20 kg (44 lbs) of weight in 30 years. This increase in weight carried out slowly and constantly and you don´t have to be a great mathematician to figure out what will happen the next 20 years. But I don´t want to become a “heavy weight champion“.

The development

In my twenties I had studied and after being graduated I worked in an office job. To balance the sitting job I played soccer in my hometown club and started to work out in a fitness club because the doctors examined a little back problem and recommended to strengthen the muscles to support the skeleton.

My eating habits were easy: breakfast, lunch (main meal) and dinner. For dinner I ate only very few like 2 slices of bread or so. I was never used to eat several snacks between the meals.

My breakfast is a kind of a muesli. I take some cereals (pure cereals as flakes) put some water on it, add apples and bananas (rubbed or smashed), pieces…
